Policies
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
You will only be able to rebook your appointment if 48 hours notice or more is given. Your deposit can be transferred once. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours notice period, you will lose your deposit.
No Shows
No shows will result in you losing your deposit and require a full treatment cost upfront for any further bookings. If a no show happens more than once, you will no longer be able to be treated at LJC Aesthetics
Consultation
Going forward I will now be charging £20 deposit for consultation. This can be redeemed against your treatment, if you choose to book in.

As a medical professional who has completed years of training, I always have a desire for knowledge. Staying up to date with the newest techniques and information by going on regular training and refresher courses. All certificates are available if required. I am always up to date and participate in ILS (Immediate Life Support) developed by the Resuscitation Council UK for healthcare professionals who may have to act as the first responder in an emergency, giving them the skills to manage clients. Every year I attend complications training to keep my skills relevant.
All clients are treated as individuals; no one treatment is the same as the next. Consultation allows myself to find out more about clients medical history and ensure that they are actually safe and suitable to have the treatment in the first place. It allows myself to assess the clients area(s) of concern, find out what results they hope to achieve and manage expectations whilst discussing the complications. I am fully insured with Insync Insurance Solutions Ltd and I am a member of Aesthetic Complications Expert (ACE) group.
